Do I need a tune for a turbo?
I had a "dirty" title JDM front Integra in the past. Stolen/wrecked at one point. Spent so much money fixing it up and I can honestly say that it wasn't worth it. "Dirty" title can mean sooo many things. Also, it was out of state (I'm in PA) and registering an out of state, non-clear title in PA was a nightmare. I'd stay away unless you are prepped to potentially do a lot of work. No one here will be able to tell you how much work it would be either.
Unless the text is bullet-pointed, I lose interest quickly. I'm a loser and go to bed early for work each day. No way I would have been up at that time and there isn't anything to do in WC after 2AM.

Oh you just don't know WC like I do at 2-4am... lots to do.
My guess is it was a auction car with front end damage as the listing shows a primer black fender and says that’s the only thing wrong with it, the title is in Oregon (where I live) so no problems with that. The car’s interior looks straight off the assembly line so that’s a plus, so if I go look at it and everything lives up to the description I’m probably gonna just do a swap of everything good into my car and stick all the **** poor stuff into the hatch. I’ll paint the fender and buff the car then try and flip it for like $1000.
