good post. Im not very big on Civic's but I would think getting the brakes and tires would be a starting point. if you plan to boost a bar. can the stock bottom end of a civic handle that. if not thats more money you have to spend.

 

nope. it COULD handle it, but it would be running so rich that its not worth it. for that much boost, build it.
