yeah you have to tape it on, with masking tape or duct tape. Just make sure that when you do, you put a drip pan underneath.

Actually, dry ice sublimates straight to CO2 gas, so you don't need a drip pan. First time I've heard of the idea though.

Or you could just strap a leafblower to it.

I have heard of people icing their intakes (manifolds) down before runs at the track or dyno, but who the hell wants to carry around dry ice?

I've heard of people using dry ice at the track, just to get more power.

If you have a 7th generation Civic, you can also bypass the throttle body heater to get a little cooler air into your engine.

dude...liquid nitrogen injection . actually, not injection...spray it on your intake so it doesnt kill your engine. but liquid nitrogen is sooo cold it will evaporate before it hits the ground so theres no need to use a drip pan

basic physics dictate every 11 degrees you drop, you gain 1 horsepower. so say you spray down your intake with liquid nitrogen and it drops 77 degrees...you will temporarily gain 7 horsepower until your engine heats back up
