Default Edelbrock Turbo Kits

Hey all. For my first post, I would like to see if anyone is running the Edelbrock Victor X kit?

http://www.edelbrock.com/sportcompac...rbo_vict.shtml

Was looking at getting it myself for my 2000 Si, and was curious as to peoples experiences. Thanks!

Summit has it for $3289.99. Honestly, for everything that you get, it seems pretty good.

i built a turbo kit for 3k that will stomp the floor with that one, and it comes with fuel management.

for the extra 300bucks your paying i could throw in an intake mani too i guess..

i recomend you do a lot of research, and build your own kit, your paying for the edelbrock name. its a good kit but you can build one of the same quality or better with a little time and research and wheelin and dealin.

but its all up to you and your needs, heres my build and it will be in a couple weeks.https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_443363/tm.htm

good luck

What turbo did you use and what other things like BOV, WG, and manifold?

if you don't know a whole lot about cars than i would suggest 1 of 2 things. 1 is what most (impatient) people would do lol, which is buy a kit and pay somebody to put it on. 2 - STUDY STUDY STUDY do a lot of research, learn how engines, injectors, turbo's, bov's - everything works and begin to piece one together yourself. it is cheaper in the long run (usually, if you don't go buying huge items like gt35r or soemthing). good luck and get back to us with any other questions.
