Default is this everything?

https://redhat3.admarkonline.com/~treadstone/product.phtml?p=23&cat_key=134&prodname=Ho nda+Civic+SI%2C+B%2C+D%2C+CRX+Series+Turbo+Kit

so is this everything i need to run on a stock D16y8 motor in a 99 civic ex coupe? is there ANYTHING else i need to buy? It says no fuel components come with this kit, so what would i need to get? Also how much PSI should i run if i want to get around 180hp. Any answers would be greatly appreciated

If you want to run a chipped ecu, you need to convert to obd1 and get a p28 ecu

Unless you know people and/or where to look..

Chipped p28 ecu with a basemap - ~$170-$200
DSM 450cc Injectors w/ Resistor box and clips - ~$80-$100
OBD2a->OBD1 conversion harness - $100
Tuning charges - $300+ (300 is pretty much the bare minimum

I'll say it till I'm blue in the face, do the research, and build your own kit.

Also, I would ask this "guy who knows ecus" about how many cars he's tuned, and how they are running. I'd even talk to the car's owners, and see what their views are. Make a wrong move on the tune, and you're motor will look like mine...swiss cheese

Yea don't skimp on anything. You'll regret it later. DIY and get an appointment with a reputable tuner. The Tune is the most important part of a Boosting project IMO.

www.phearable.net

^ chipped OBD1 ECU's with a conversion harness. Tell him your setup and mods and he'll send you a good basemap that you can bring and go get tuned. I've only heard good things about that website
