Alright so I recently bought a project car, it's a 95 dx/lx with a 5speed conversion. It's is boosted with a eclipse turbo that has the internal wastegate welded shut so it does have a external wastegate. Now my external wastegate has a little hole in the top of it now my question is should that hole have a vacuum line coming out of it? Or going to somewhere
