what size injecters do i need to only boost 5 pounds and no more than 200hp or can ijust get a fuel rail and a regulater and thats it

 

You don't need to upgrade the fuel rail. There have been people with over 300whp on the stock fuel rail with no problems. It's highly recommended that you change your injectors to bigger ones, if you were going to stay under 200whp you might get away with it but you don't want to risk leaning out and or damaging your injectors.

440 or 450 are fine, DSM's are a popular choice. You will need to also get a resistor box to wire them up.
