Default How do I deliver water to turbo?

Hi all I have a garrett turbo thats pulled from a saab, and it has a 48ar compressor. I plan on using it for my civic but I ran into a problem I didn't previously think about. The turbo is oil and water cooled(like a dsm turbo), and I'm not sure how to supply water to it. What could I do to solve this little problem?
