what would be the best turbo?
it all depends on where you want the turbo to spool, how much power you want, and what psi you are going to be running. for example, you won't want a high psi on stock internals. do your research on what size turbos do what and then ask yourself this question again.
Yeah. Is it going to be your DD? Whats your goals as in power? Big or small turbo? Stuff like that.
6~8 psi is the prefered setting for boost on stock internals, anything higher than that will be futile, and your stock internals can't handle that much stress. So you'd have to upgrade your cam, rods, pistons, and so forth if you want anything more than 7 PSI.
You can't just slap a turbo on and expect it to run, like a bolt-on. You gotta get a standalone, or something similar and get it tuned. It really is alot of work, and not something for novice car enthusiasts.

I didn't mean as a goal, but to take into consideration that if he isn't going to build his engine he definitely shouldn't plan on running 20lbs of boost.
We have been over this plenty of times its not just psi, its injectors, turbo SIZE, what your tuned on etc. So if he had a midget turbo he actually could run 20lbs.
