Misha, we DO have pressure in the intake manifold. THe only time there is vaccum is when the butterfly is shut. The pressure is atmospheric at right around 14psi when converted to that. We have a MAP sensor...

Ha, we got a dramatic pause
I hear your brains working LOL
Let me re-phrase. How much should you weaken the bov spring for bov to start working on n/a?
You wouldn't be able to do it either way. the presure would have to be higher then atmospheric pressure for it to even remotely work, that is partly the whole point of a BOV on a turbo'ed car, the turbo forces air in and create's higher then atmospheric pressure(hence the PSI rating's) which once it get's to a certain point opens the BOV. to release the higher then higher then desired pressure...

Guees what? You are right!
And,
Guess what? You are wrong!

It all depends on the zero point. You talk absolute pressure, I talk relative to atmospheric [8D]

Guess what? I think my zero point is better, cause why do we have all those vacuumhosesaround then?

hmmm....let's see...my bank account's reference point is of course the ABSOLUTE zero:-D which means no presence of money, which therefore makes my theory correct.
