I'm sorry about that Remmy, but there is not much I can doother than stop posting altogether or stop replying to the messages I don't fully understand.
I'm trying to do my best and to google the idioms I can't understand before asking for clarification. Unfortunately, sometimes I can’t find anything with a reasonable effort, or results come out controversial. Then I ask the poster to clarify.
For example, this is one of the variants that came out when I googled “ight”:
‘guess "A'ight" means "**** off you ******" in gangsta-speak.’
Considering slang often used in heated debates, I do not want to get on defensive or offensive when it’s uncalled for. I believe getting clarification in advance is better than engaging into flame war on nothing.
I think I am of some use for the community, and my lack of slang knowledge can be tolerated, especially considering I’m getting better and better with that. And your site does not position itself as the forum for native English speakers only, so some amount of tolerance is expected.

Here's what you do with that... put it in a box and put it in your closet. Then when people ask you about your car you say "I'm piecing together a turbo kit right now." The trick here though is to actually keep collecting what you need for a turbo setup now that you've already started.
