Its not impossible to do it but it would be way too much work for what its worth. After all, it might not even make an audible sound because the pressure is not great enough to releave the valve.

Maybe if you installed a few Tornado Air pieces in your intake you could up the pressure to set the BOV off.... Just a thought?
