For one you don't have a header AND a turbo.

I have to say that the list you posted sounded awefully SSAC-ish to me. If it came from ebay and there are little to know name brand parts and its much cheaper than anything you have seen in the past dont get it. And a t25 is way too small of a turbo for a k20 anyway.

Before you purchase anything, you'll be needing Hondata's K-pro.

Uhh, no you're not. You have a lot of research to do first.

well actually I am about to as soon as I sell my mustang. I'm going with most of what was posted on the DIY by remmy on the build-a-turbo kit thread. I'm going to change a fewthings out and add a few but for the most part follow that. I just didn't know what size turbo I should pick up for the K20a becauseall the kits say GT25 or 28 but now I have decided to pick up a 30r w/ .82. I'm also thinking about eagle rods with JE pistons at 9:1 but haven't decided if thats entirely important at this point. My question would be besides hondata what other engine managment options would you suggest. If anyone knows of a good shop in the Dallas, TX area that can tune my set up I would be extremely greatful.

I'd work backwards, find a shop first and work with them for your tuning solution. They'll probably have a preference

AEM EMS or K-pro, don't waste your money on anything else.

Start with setting a horsepower goal, getting the fuel setup and picking a tuning program to work off of. THEN put together your turbo setup after that is all set and ready to go. You really need to have a standalone unit because there is no simple chipping process like there is available for D/B/F/H series engines. Ks are expensive, you are going to have to pay to play on this one.
