Well it's color LED grn/yell/red....Air/Fuel/Inj% not like ****ty autometer air/fuel which aren't too accurate...and it's running in the green/yellow so it's fine...my injectors are at 75-85% WOT on factory injectors...it's only running 6-7-psi so more than enough...60psi on FPR...

 

he can not downconvert to OBD1...than he'll definitly fail emissions

 

Numbers would be more useful for the a/f ratio. Such as 12:1, 11:1, etc.

 

Well on the A/Fthe fuelruns between 13.2-14...14.7-17 is hittin lean which is in the red....injector% is at 70-80% at WOT...it's not running to lean or rich.....there's just something that it's not letting the computer read the O2-CAT-EVAP or it's resetting everytime?? I mean it's been in a "Not Ready"mode forever now!!...even after resetting the computer 10-12 times in the last 2 yrsit stillgoes back to the same thing...I'm out of ideas

 

Wow that is plenty lean. Probably too lean for boost. I can't imagine incomplete combustion being the problem.

 

Is your car an EX or an LX, DX?

 

It's a 97 EX...only has around 55,000 miles

 

try swapping ecu's with a friend that has a 96-98 EX, could be a faulty ecu too.
