the shifting is going to have some strain on the bands to say the least.

I say juice it till the auto blows and swap in a 5 speed but that is just me. If you plan to keep the auto get a tranny cooler and a aftermarket tq converter if you can find one.

i was thinking about that..............but that stuff is not cheap. It would be like another 350$ for a tranny swap........id rather just do that,
