No more SC
Both motors will get you to your power goals. Stock for stock the B18 (teg) might be better because of its lower compression,on pump gas anyway. But if you plan to build it regardless, save your money and keep the B16. Its a more efficient motorbecause of its superior cylinder head flow, and the transmission is better geared. Do research before pouring into it though, or you may not be happy with your selections. Lucky for you there are some good tuners down there in Florida. [sm=smiley20.gif]
Ojust an update i sold the Sc kit to some kid in my autocad class for 4K. Lost some money but not alot. Then i got to pay for rent and some tickets and some other stuff... So lets say that leaves me with about $2500. I want a setup like Sov. Like to be in boost around 4000rpm or 5000rpm. Think its possible to do with this much (including tune)?
i am not sure if i can even drive that far. i got fuel problems... i can smell it when i drive somethimes. Gonna get a tune up and have them check my tranny and clutch. the clutch feels like i am stepin in water doesnt feel right. and when shifting down sometimes the it wont let me[:'(]. then i gotta get better brake pads... this cucking far. I think the previous owner had boosted it thats why it maybe running rich. This tune up might take a good chunk out of my turbo money to make everything run good again
