ok so today i decided to take my muffler off its a ghetto thrush turbo muffler, wanted to see if my car would build boost faster, well it didnt build ANY boost at all, i heard my turbo screaming but my boost guage didnt move a bit, i was like wtf???? so i put it back on and i start building boost lol, i dont understand i thought i would build boost faster cuse less restricitve, but my car was deff faster pulld alot more but couldnt build any boost? does this make any sense ?? maybe my car hates me i dont kno.

no muffler = no boost ?

It's gotta be electrical, if it doesn't make sence, blame it on the ecu.

probably acted the same as if you had valve overlap.. it was letting the combustion chamber exhaust itself to soon . if the valves let the air out... no boost

 

ahhhhhhhhh, that would explain it, thx. cuse i have boost again lol damn car

 

i dont know if that was the cause, but it made sense to me that it has to be somewhere in the chamber?????
