Any turbo will work if you have a manifold and downpipe that fits and you have room in front of the engine.
What you need to worry about is if it will work the way you want it to.
You have to pick your turbo based on power goals, streetability (which is usually based upon where the turbo spools at and how much power you make), the particular turbo's reliability and performance, and fitment in the engine bay... there are other factors.
Here is a FAQ that will help explain some things for you.
Right now you are going to need to decide on a power goal (your engine is good for about 200 WHP on stock internals if it's in optimal condition).
Then when you do that, take a look at this page. You'll need to get a proper identification of this turbo, the model number. It'll be GT______. Then you'll be able to find out how much power that turbo is capable of.
I am pretty sure that 200 WHP should be easy to reach with that turbo.

If all you want is 160 WHP or so I wouldn't even bother getting a turbo quite that large.
Actually, I wouldn't even bother getting a turbo at all. You'd be better off with a used Jackson Racing Supercharger. You should make 160 WHP I am pretty sure, and they are cheaper and more simple than a quality turbo kit. I'm not even sure if you'd need to upgrade fuel injectors to make 160 WHP (don't take my word for it though). You would need a tune though.
It just wouldn't fix your exhaust manifold problem... but for that you could just get an aftermarket header such as the one made by Megan Racing, which is sold for ~$150.

look out for shaft play, worn oil seals (you'll have to ask them about this to know if it leaks/burns oil), and chipped turbine fins.
To make sure it's legit look for markings and the tag on it. Most turbos have a tag riveted to them.
