Default Running 3 to 5 psi worth it?

hey guys, you think running 3 to 5 psi is even worth it? Buying the whole kit and all that just to run 3 psi? I know, I know, 8 psi is safe. This is just a question. Would there be any gains?

Nope, 3psi isn't in any turbo's efficiency range, you'd basically be making extra load on the engine and would not benefit anything from it.
