Default safe?

i have a d15b vtec i wanted to get a greddy 15g set up with a black front mount/arp head studs/fuel pump/ and get it dyno tuned on 8 lbs. is it safe for a everyday?

8lbs isnt much, i would say that is good for a daily driver.

Yea, that's safe. I would also recommend getting some higher flow injectors, 330-450cc. I'd go with 440-450cc in case you ever get re-tuned on higher boost.

how much hp should i make like 180 190? im new to this turbo stuff... im use to my b20 on a 100 shot but i want to wake up the little single cam

yes you should easily be able to get to 200hp.

not on 8 psi, but on 10-11 definitely

well yea, but that turbo could easily get him 200hp

Fuel rail isn't necessary, and the pistons aren't necessary unless you are doing a build.

You need the proper flow rate fuel injectors, a higher flow fuel pump (walbro 255lph), and a tune. You'll also want to shim your oil pump, as they suck on the D16Y8. I don't know anything about shimming it so do a search or ask GReddy_Civic.
