I never did smell it, that is what I think it is because the head-gasket did look a little bit leaky... but another problem is when I start the car and let it idle the turbo doesnt spool!!! But then we give it gas and it then starts to. VERY little does it spin when idling, what could this be caused from or is it not suppose too spool at idel. Its a 97 honda civic ex. If there is any suggestions or comments that could help.
THANKS!!!

thats fine that it doesnt spin, when you Start to drive it will spin so dont worry about it not spinning, take off the head and replace the head gasket, that is usualy one of the top priorities when cheacking for a coolent leak
