Default T-25 vs T3/T4

I’m looking to get between 200-220whp out of my 1996 civic dx and I’m looking at these two turbos.

Please give....
PRO's and CON's on each
and... If you have any other suggestions on turbos for my application.

T25 spools really quickly, makes power at 2K-3K, prolly loses power higher on, internally gated at 8 PSI (if its DSM, which it prolly will be)

T3/T4, larger turbo, spools quite a bit higher, but makes more power

T25's are really commong choices for stokc internals, they are perfect for a mellow DD boost setup, tahst what i tried going with (but got sent a FJ11, which is similar to a T25 anyway). Back on topic, i say if you're not rebuilding, snag yourself a T25, you can usually find HF manifold/T25 adapter plates in the Classifieds or on ebay, whichi s really convenient, and also can just leave tehm internally gated for a mellow setup, which eliminates extenral gate/downpipe/boost controller, so it simplifies your setup/reduces cost quite a bit
