TUNED! Few concerns!
Just got my car back from the dyno tonight! The car made 204whp at 8.8psi @7000rpm. I was told the internal wastegate was 14psi from the seller of the turbo but I bought it online so I'm almost positive it is a 9psi. The highest it hit was 9.7psi around 6000rpm and then it drops to 8.9 from 6600 to 7500rpm. What could cause a 1psi drop? Could it be that my BOV leaks boost?
Also we noticed some boost lag. Its a 16g EVO III turbo and we expected full boost by 4000rpm but it doesnt hit 9psi until 4900-5000rpm's. I have a 2.5" turbo back exhaust, high flow cat, and a magnaflow muffler thats also 2.5" inlet/outlet. What could I do to try and reduce lag? Could a large intercooler cause this much lag?
And my last concern is that my tuner noticed the compressor housing has a little play in it. You can grab the charge piping that comes off the turbo outlet and push/pull on it and the compressor housing on the turbo will rotate a little. Is there a way to tighten it on more? I'd like to fix this problem but if its not possible I will have to find a genuine MHI turbo.
Just need to get this sorted out before I go back with the boost controller and go for 20psi!
Thanks in advance everyone!

The genuine MHI 16G EVO III is easily capable of high 300's and low 400's. If I cannot tighten the compressor housing on this fake **** I'm going to need to get the genuine MHI turbo. If anyone has suggestions as to where I could look for boost leaks other than the BOV and how to tighten the compressor housing that'd be awesome.
