Yes, i ordered filter last night
Specs: A/R.42 intake housing, which was ported, and polished to maximize air flow entering the compresses for better, faster boost. and with the A/R .48 turbine for quicker spooling . The exhaust housing is equipped with an adjustable internal wastegate. the compressor trim is 40mm/60mm (44 trim) The turbine trim is 65mm/50mm (60 trim)

Ok, well....pressed the ignition button today and...horseshi* My stupid injector!!! RC is going to be hearing from me, the injector in cylinder 2 stays OPEN!! The #2 runner on the IM was full of fuel, and gas started spitting out the exhaust side of turbo. Im going to put the stock back in while i break in the vitaras since i cant boost anyways, and figure somthing out.
I feel your pain man, I do, I really do. Fuel coming out of the exhaust turbine... talk about running rich eh?

well, today as im cleaning out the runner on the intake manifold, and im watching my injector just drip away, it just freely dripped gas into the runner overnight, and it sat there and dripped fuel all over the outside of the IM. THe stupid injector is definitely stuck full open! Well tommorow(I guess today since it is 1 minute into sunday) im going to soak the bastard in wd40 to see if i can loosen it up. Ive ordered stock injectors so at least i can go on with the piston break in, and buy a couple weeks to figure out the RC situation.

Damn, I definitely wouldn't trust that injector even after WD40, that thing might stick shut next time and then you're ultra screwed.

Have RC replace it, no biggy. Nothing wrong with having to wait a little longer.

yeah, im leaning towards that, it just sucks that 4 injectors are $250=$62 per injector
ordering 1 from RC=$90

Kinda stupid, but whatever

Dude, Fuel out of the exhaust section SUCKS! Mine did the same thing when I had my injector/resistor box wiring janked up, just spewed gas all over the place [:@]

Good luck man, you'll get her all figured out and she'll rip once again!

I had a hard time with my resister box as well. But thats one of the things(waiting on an injector) that made my install take 3 weeks I was always waiting on someone or something to get in. It's hell waiting when you are so excited about getting it together!

Same here, waited a week for a new wiring harness only to end up driving around on a stock ECU without boosting for another week until I could get tuned.
