Default which turbo?

i have a 00 si with the stock b16. i already have a peakboost ramhorn manifold, downpipe, and dumptube. my goals are about 350-400hp. mostly a daily driver but i am in college so i dont drive that much. i was leaning towards a garrett t3/t67 h.o. turbo....what do you all think? ill be upgrading the fuel system, getting new cams, intake manifold, pistons and rods, and other basic things. tuned with hondata.... nothing crazy yet. there is always the t3/t4 way but i just dont know....any other suggestions for the 400hp mark?

yeah, I'm not positive about a 20g making 400hp... 350 might be do-able with one though.

My vote is for this beast:

Think you can stuff a T76 in the engine bay?

I know the Disco Potato (Garrett GT2860RS) can hit 350whp and still have almost no lag, I'm not sure about max power though... I'm thinking what with the 76 trim and all, 400 should be achievable with good tuning.

And it's great to see you posting again... I haven't seen you on the forums in forever

yea man college has been kicking my butt....so im home for the holidays and gonna order my turbo. anyways, im thinking that im just going to go with the t3/t4 57 trim, .63 a/r because of the price and i know it is a pretty good turbo and capable... unless someone else has a better suggestion?? the t3/t67 is just too much for me at this point.

a 57 trim t3/t4 should suit your needs just fine... I'm not 100% sure if you'll be able to hit the 400whp mark with one, but 350 shouldn't be much of a problem.
