not according to percisions website. they make both BB and journal bearing turbo's

Actually Precision turbo's are all remade Garrett turbos, or at least they are based off of Garrett predoscessors. They make a lot of stock turbo's.

However, most of the "aftermarket" turbo's are ball bearing, such as the SC61.
