Default Turbo heat Q's

What's the cheapest/best way to insulate underside of hood? I'm about to paint, and don't want the turbo to fry the new paint.

What size turbo are you getting? I wouldnt worry about it, but you could just buy some generic heatshield stuff and cut it to the hoods shape.

Wrap/Ceramic coat the manifold/exhaust housing/downpipe.

Really the only choice, but I doubt it's going to ruin the paint.
