i just bought a 1989 civic stock engine wanting some more umph to the car ya know? also i got a turbo from the guy and its a mitsubishi turbo!! haha dont laugh and i dont know what all i need ill take a pic to show what it does have with it but basically is it smart to put it in if i have no idea????

First off u need much more than just the turbocharger. "Ghetto installing it and pushing it hard till it's gone" could probably mean the engine will last about 5 mins after u start it.
