any 96-00 turbo kit will fit but I suggest you not boost the HX as it is a lean burn ULEV engine setup that only runs on 12 valves untill 3000rpm and the head itself could be out flowed by a single barel carb on a 5hp lawn mower engine.

i have a 2000 civic ex and i want to turbo charge it soon and i really dont know where to start.???whats my best opion on a turbo.
