Default To turbo or not to turbo?

I have the opportunity to buy a 95 civic vx hatchback with a turbo. I was just wondering if it is difficult maintaining a turbo civic? Anything else I would need for this setup? I just have never owned a turbo car but I have owned civics. Any input would be great. I will attach the link below with the craigslist posting. I have talked to the owner and he is a tech at a high end import shop and and I checked it all out.

personally, I wouldnt buy a car that someone else turbo'd. Never know what shortcuts were take. For $5300, I think you can find a better civic.

^^That... exactly.

I would take $3k, but a clean car, and research everything and learn how to do this modification and everything. That way, when something goes wrong, you can troubleshoot.

It is like not knowing how to swim and jumping in the 9ft section of the pool when you are only 4ft tall. Good luck.
