RE: to turbo or not to turbo??
its not about how much boost, its about how much power.. If you take the necessary precautions and buy quality parts, theres no reason why you can't put down around ~180whp on 8psi form a small, quick spooling turbo.

Really? And this is without changing pistons, clutches etc? That would be sweet!! i know this is the height of amature but whas the whp? i know hp and bhp but not whp. Ok so which brands would you reccommend and how much do you reckon i would be spending roughly?

RE: to turbo or not to turbo??
YOu can build your own "home made turbo" kit for well under two grand, tuned. Stay awar from knock off stuff, just search ebay and forum classifieds to try and find good deals on parts. Best thing you can do for yourself right now, is research your *** off about how turbos work, why, and what all you need. IN the DIY section here there is a "turbo grocery list" check that out, and kinda go from there. (I do not recommend the missing link, FMU in the grocery list, instead you should run a chipped ECU, and convert to OD1 [again, research])
whp = wheel horse power
whp = wheel horse power
