ok my buddie is going stage3 on his 05 srt4 and is upgrading his turbo and i was wondering if i could make hisstock turboworkon my d16y8 ...if so how much $$ do u think its worth??

 

I thought the turbine on the SRT's turbo was built into the exhaust manifold... in which case, no you won't be able to make it work. If I'm wrong, and it's a normal turbo, yeah you'll be able to make it fit just fine with some adapter plates (and a lot more parts). I'd offer him $100 and go from there (but don't pay more than $150)

 

I just looked at a stock SRT4 setup and as much as I'd love to say yes I have to say no...

its also the same one they use on the ptcruiser if im correct since alot of their parts are interchangeable

cost... its a way for them to save money.

 

I do not see how that is saving money...they're saving money on what? That's reinventing the wheel to me...and making it square...
