Alright, I need some help. I have a 98' Honda Civic EX, 56k Miles. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much boost I can run and what would be a pretty good turbo to get and anything else I might need with it. ty for the help.

 

what type of engine and usualy you can only run around 5-8 without any reinforcment to the block
