hi every 1, done a search and only 1 result, so here goes

was planing low boost on my b16a2 with uberdata and stock internals
now i have came into ££££
so i was thinking wisco low comps 8.5.1. comp
eagle rods to suit
arp rod bolts
cometic head gasket
rc 550 injectors
big fmic
super 70 size turbo
tial 38 or 40mm w/gate

with that set up you could probably run any were from 13 to 18psi, then down the road i would start looking into head work...

with that set up you could probably be in the mid 300hp to low 400hp depending on the tune, i mean if it is done wrong you could only make like 300hp if that

I would say to get 750cc injectors instead of 550 and get a greddy profec boost controller.

Good god hes not going to be running 35psi there is no need for 750cc injectors. 550 injectors would do him wonders or even so turbo dsm stockers. Just thought id mention that the arp rod bolts will come with the eagle rods. I hope you ment head studs or bolts i would strongly recomend studs. i would say 13-18psi like mentioned above but its all about tune you probably can run more but also you will need head work or your going to just creat heat. Your looking in the 350hp range at 18psi. you may need to stake your block for the durability sake of it if you want to run 18psi much. Also you had better add a new clutch to that because your going to burn you stocker out quick. Also some cams would be a nice upgrade along with some adj. cam gears. You will need to upsize your exhaust to atlease 2 1/2" and get a decent sized intercooler and 18psi may bring you to 400hp on a great tune. Good luck looks like you have good plans.

ok the next question without going into silly money is whats required for to run more boost = power?? 8.1.1 pistons
i would rather spend more money first time round than having to sell+ strip parts to gain money towards better......... if u get what i mean

also what can the standard box take with clutch upgrade??

if the injectors are new i would consider them no disrespect but i am puting a bit money in to this and if 1 injector fails= 1 piston will also fail BIG WASTE
so if so mate how much u looking

ALSO A BIG THANKS TO ALL THE PEOPLE FOR THERE INPUT

to make power you need compression, the more compression the more power possible. people boost and make lots of power with stock engines that have compression ratios in the ten's and close to eleven with a type r. you would make plenty power with the 8.5 piston i would not go lower, because when you run low boost, you will have no power at all.
