They are both WOT switches, they just work differently. The TPS one (first one) uses the car's TPS system to determine when you are at WOT. The second one is a manual switch. You use a bracket to bolt it down onto the intake manifold in front of the throttle wireand when you are at WOT the metal peice that the throttle wire is connected to will hit the switch and activate it. (When you press the accelerator it pulls that wire and it turnes that peice of metal which is connected to the plate inside of the throttle body. You put the switch right there and the peice of metal will touch it at WOT if you put it in the right place.)
