haha i say stick with what you have for now. you dont know what youre doing. Also, if you go boost, you will not be able to have an exhaust that is really quiet

Don't just jump into a turbo project without knowing anything. Research first! ALOT!

actually me exhaust is quieter with the turbo, but it's still pretty loud

and yep, RESEARCH! read ALL the stickies, twice! Then go over to Homemadeturbo.com and search for any questions you've got. They've got tons of info over there.

Jackson Racing just came out with a new Supercharger kit for your car. May want to check that out.

Yeah: but it is a lot lower tech. One who does not know too much about cars can handle a supercharger, and they are a lot less maintenance if they get it installed professionally.

True, but superchargers are expensive. He could buy a low end name brand turbo kit and have it professionally installed for less than the same with a supercharger. And it would be just as reliable if we're talking about having both installed professionally

If it's installed properly with a good tune, it should be reliable. The only thing really I can think of is that you have to use synthetic oil and change it like every 3000 miles, and you will have to use higher octane gas.

Just don't forget to do other regular maintenance.
