so because we are on a civic forum we cant have any sort of opinion against the new style of civic? imo it looks like someone took a vw beetle and stretched it. and telling the Administrators on this forum to leave bc they disagree with you isn't such a smart idea...

they currently make the STi in only the wagon, and have done so since 2008. The 2011 model will be the first sedan STi since 2007.

Yeah dude... Fender flares, hoodscoops, huge wing, brake ducts....TOTALLY blah-looking:

man i wish Subaru could be as flashy and captivating as Honda

As for the Honda bashing on a Honda forum comment, it's not bashing, just stating my opinion. Everyone should move on to bigger and better things eventually. Nothing wrong with loving Honda, they're great "get you there reliably" cars, they've just never been about being eye-catchers.

And yeah, Josh is right, my car is a WRX. Still on the fence as what will be in the garage next, but it'll be a 2.5l+ with a 6-speed, that's for sure.

2010 Legacy GT. Do eeeeeeet Seriously, those are amazing cars to drive and the 6-speed is smooth as silk; I mean, you have to try to shift rough in that thing. The only bad part is it's a split-case, so it's not quite as stout as the STI 6spd.

And I'm sorry, I thought this was hondacivicforum, not hondacivicfanboileghumperforum. We're allowed having opinions on whether or not Honda has lost the ability to make a good-looking car. The RSX was a decent looking car. The S2000 was flat-out sexy. The NSX was friggin' gorgeous. The civic si? Blah.

And telling a staff member to leave due to an opinion is never a good idea; even worse when you haven't even been here a month. Let me set the record straight since you don't know yet: I give one warning before handing out temporary bans. This is that warning. Be respectful of opinions and we won't have any problems.

Honda killing the NSX was a sad way to go. So much potential there.. There just isn't an angle on that car that doesn't look hot as ****.

THAT, my friend, is a great example of beautiful design work.

And I'm still not sold on the new Legacy design just yet. When are they going to put a 6spd in a ****ing Forrester!?

I'm with you on the legacy design... they just made it too big. The lights are growing on me, but the 4th gen legacy (even the base models) will always have a special place in my heart. And I'm not sure about the Forester... I would think they'd have thrown a 6spd in the Forester XT, but that's just me. They're actually trying to go the way of the CVT with the automatics. I mean, I can't blame them; across the globe, nobody has managed to break Subaru's current CVT to date. But I see problems with the electronic parking brake and the hill holder... not any problem with the system itself, but I foresee problems with people being idiots. It doesn't help that the electronic parking brake is an on/off switch that has no problem locking the rear end up entirely.

Haha i see the same kinda stuff going wrong with those cars that can parallel park themselves. I dont trust that stuff man people just need to either parallel park themselves or find a normal parking stop haha and omfg if they made a forester with the 6spd id be all over that haha ive always loved the foresters and legacy's but the new ones have to grow on me still...but they just need some attention and a lil mods by Subaru to make em "likeable" in the publics eyes if that made any sense. And like i said before Subaru does an amazing job at doing that.

Edit: oh and i totally agrre with ya Reaper those 4th gen Legacy's are amazing! i like that style in the 4 door sedans...quite possibly one of Subarus best Sedan designs imo. Next to their prized Impreza designs of course haha
