Default 90 isuzu amigo

hoping some1 can help. since the amigo is close to a Honda passport so maybe some1 knows some things.
I have a 90 amigo and i don't have turn signals. I have everything but turn signals, so i have 4 ways. i just redid the harness all the way to the back from under the seat. and everything works fine and is well grounded. if i turn the switch for the turn signals on either way they make the clicking noise from the relay. but no lights. however sometimes when i do it the relay doesn't click like it should and makes a horrible buzzing noise. I replaced the relay. and that didn't seem to make a diff. i found the plug that goes from the switch for the signals and connects to the second part from there. if i have the turn signals on and they make the buzzing sound. f i touch a test light to the wire for the signal the test light will flash and then the relay starts clicking as it should. i located the ground under the hood and if i unhook it i get no turns or 4 way. so i cleaned that ground up then put it back and i still have 4 ways but no turns. any ideas? all fuses are good. sept i don't have the the fuse cover so i dunno what fuses do what relay. and i don't think the Haynes book i got tells. seems like turns would be same fuse as 4 way. I am drawing blanks here would really like some help. Thanx

ive actually owned a honda passport which is a izuzu rodeo with a sunroof and stability control. i dont know why the hell they call it a honda when nothing on it it made by honda, its all izuzu and subaru and gm parts.
i would say you have a bad switch or the round blue relay that control the blinkers is bad.
