i have a honda civic with a h22 prelude 94 swap the car has been acting up and now it wont start we just put a new distributor on it and a new fuel pump plugs wires ran oil and fuel cleaner. when we try to start it turns over and then stops abruptly and the ground wire from the starter to the frame heats up excessively

anyones help would be greatly appreciated
