Woodstock '69.
So i went to the Woodstock Museum up in Bethel New York. It was very fascinating, and quite an experience seeing the field where those 500,000 people gathered for 3 days for Music. If any of you live near southern New York id say it is worth the trip. Here are a few photos from there.
This is the seating area, and you can see where the stage used to be, it is right off to the right of my friend where the gravel is at the bottom of the hill, and that hill is where everybody was camping for the festival.
Woodstock Monument.
Max Yasgur's barn. The guy who allowed Michael Lang to set up Woodstock on his farm.

ive driven through it, but havent stopped in for a show yet.. missed some good ones the past few years... i used to go to a small festival just past the entrance to yasgurs farm is another road... theres a GIANT paul bunyan statue at the entrance, and each summer around the time of woodstock theres a gathering there, its real peaceful and true to the hippy roots... last year i went to gathering of the vibes and almost puked. nitrous balloons everywhere, somebody was killed over nitrous and wayy too much filth and garbage. never again.... bonaroo is same ****. pop music for teenie boppers, screw that place.
