Hey dont beat down your si marty, I come across type-r's daily and from what ive seen the usdm 8th gen si is practcally the same in a straight line.
I wish the 220 bhp rumours for our new ctr were true but thats not what the uk press say, same power as before.

Hate to sound like a hater, but I think the EVO race was staged. They appeared to be friends, so maybe the evo was slacking on it to make the SI look good

 

Doh...dont say that, to be honest I did think that when I first saw it just cos it was an evo, but the si did look like it was moving.

 

AWD's from a roll are not that great, the EVO and STI in stock form get killed in the top ends by SRT4's. I think a SRT4 gets to 150mph like 16 seconds faster than a EVO

 

i dont doubt it. that civic is easily laying over 200hp to the wheels.
