I think that guy has seen Drumline too many times and tried to bring it over to the drum set.

NO. Sorry but thats not ADHD(I have ADD and my uncle has ADHD). Its just him trying to be a showoff, we actually have a guy who goes to my church who plays like that in front of the entire church its really annoying when you are trying to be serious and he is up front of everybody trying to get attention.
