JAPANESE! Okay so this is what was going on with the video... The first part was the host and the owner talking about the "F cup" engine which ended up them talking about the japanese girls' breasts... (in japan she is considered bigger than d, hence they say "F cup").... the japanese are all about crude humor and very childish!
THE REASON: It is because of two main reasons, the man is obsessed with the japanese comic called InitialD with his Trueno 86 car... he likes tuning things and the engine he had in the 1.8 before was considerably slower than the f20 he had in a wrecked s2000 so he swapped them....
The other reason is because he can make the revs go past the limits of the BMWs gauges... somewhere close to 9500rpms... he said the revs go past the red and all the way to the bottom.
And the host's shirt says "Engineer" in kanji.....
