As for the slowing down - any speed difference, even just a couple of mph,is dangerous and capable of killing. The trick is to know what speed is relatively safe for a given circumstances, but this seems to be somewhat beyond your current level of understanding.

Misha, come on man lets just drop it, tater too thats not what this thread is about. As long as all agree that drinking while driving is not good, and everyone realizes that this is the kind of thing that happends as a result of it thats all that matters. So if you and tater agree on that then all is good.
