i can't wait to see what the car looks like after you get all four on. that is one ghetto spring compressor.

 

anything with macpherson struts has gigantic springs. I can fit my whole arm in the springs that came off my Legacy!

Well I got them in and I'm very very pleased. Handles better and I like the way I sit in the car. The front is probably the most noticeable. I'm taking it to put my summer rims back on around Sat and then getting it aligned. Heres some before and after shots.

Yah the bumper is a ****ty deal...but I'm getting it repainted, they didn't prep it right. It dropped the car im guessing about 1.5" and the springs are already settled since they are used from someone I know. Also I don't know if this will help you but on atleast the 7th gens there is a bolt in the rear holding in the bottem of the strut that is like a 17 mm bolt and it has a lot of pressure pulling it upward and u have to kind of force the strut down to loosen it easier if you put your oem jack in there you can set it on top of the control are you can apply some pressure pushing the arm down making it easier to loosen that bolt and put it back in..... I should have taken a picture. I can't wait to put my 17's back on then the wheel gap is gonna be tighter.

i just HOPE i can get my drop stuff by thursday so i can instal mine friday...
and hopefully ill have enough cash for my rims/tires by 2months... cause thats when my car show is localy... they upped it 2 months sooner this year
i might run to the bank and throw down my car title to get a loan for the rims/tires and for my amplifier while im at it.LOL

 

i got a buttload of airtools but they didnt get my bolt out, lol. i had to resort to the good ol' pry bar and then the grinder, lol. but yeah air tools kick ***!
