why the hell would you use those clamps to compress the springs? You can rent a real tool for that at autozone. I'm glad you're OK, but I hope you realize that you just got very lucky. If the clamp slipped - you could have got severely injured. Do you work under your car while it's supported by a jack?

Expect your suspension to settle a bit. I do hope that you changed those struts
LOL don't worry nothing bad happend, the struts were replaced with Tokicos and the install went great. But yah thanks for caring I guess.

Sorry, I probably came off sounding like an ***, but I just heard scary stories about this from some of my friends. If the spring flies off - it could really mess you up.

No prob man, I knew I was taking a risk but me and my dad did it and it needed to be done that day so we did it as safe as possible with the clamps and made sure they were tight and aimed it away from every thing.
