Hey guys just thought I'd post some pics of the new pad! I close the deal on Feb 2nd So I don't have any inside pic's yet but I will soon. I'll be keeping this thread current with all the improvements that I'll be doing to it. And TONS of pics. So stay tuned!

Two and 1/2 car climate controlled garage with tons of space to park/ play hoops.

Nice little side yard.

• lcd tv
• computer/internet
• couch
• beer fridge
• peg board wall
• lift
• floor tile

Yep, TV is a must. A lift wont fit cuz the garage is not tall enough but I have one at my parents house. benches are already in there. Air compressor, couch, fridge, and BIG ol' tool box is all ready to go in there. I think I might u-coat the garage instead of tile tho. Oh and a dart board! I've got big plans for my man cave!

thats prolly an aweosme feeling man, congrats! And the 50" HD is most definitely required, along with bar, stripper pole, PBR on tap at all times, swimming pool in basement, etc.....

good to see you r buying a house during these hard times. Looks really nice and seems like you have a fairly large plot of land to mess with. Nice buy, looks like a great place to settle down in. I WANNA SEE THAT GARAGE LOL!!!!

 

The city heard about the new retard moving in so they are quick to take precautions. haha Safety first!

Yep Got to have plenty of room for the dog to run. Plus I'd like to try putting a small garden in. Try some corn, tomatoes, bell peppers, some jalapenos. I love salsa!
