Sweet crib I know what its like I just bought my first house yesterday its sweet. And you deff need a man cave

 

I was a foreclosed home. I got is for 50k. It was owned by am elderly man who went to a retirement community and quit paying for his house. I met the guy he is really cool, just didn't feel like he had to pay for the house since he didn't live in it. haha. Really nice inside. 1690 sq feet. 4 bedroom 1 bath. It'll need some carpet and paint but that's about all.

 

Jesus, you can't even get into a semi decent house in a good neighbourhood where I live for less than 450k. Prices are starting to fall though, and will fall more in the summer.

 

It's a buyers market for sure. IF you can get approved for a loan. It's getting harder and harder these days. Plus I know people and was able to pull a few strings. This house sold back in 2002 for 147K. So I basicily stole it. haha

 

Been super busy working on this place and working on the hatch. I havent had much time to be on here and update this thread. I'll have interior pics updated tomorrow. Inside is a wreck right now. All the floors are out and the bathroom is stripped down to the frame. The bathroom and kitchen are getting all new stuff. I've been shopping around for a decent air compressor and shop lights for the garage. Already got the U-coat-it for the floor of the garage too. Pics soon!

 

Everything is pretty much torn apart right now so it looks like crap but it will be so nice when it's done. Tile in the kitchen and laundry room and bathroom are all done. We're trying to decide on a carpet for the bed rooms and then the wood floors will go down. Bathroom was completely torn out and i'm re-doing the whole thing. So it did not look anything like this when I bought it haha. We wrecked it so it looks bad right now. On to some pics.

It's comming together, I can't wait untill its done. I'll update pics as they are finished. The bedrooms are painted and done but we're waiting on carpet. I'll also get some pics of the inside of the garage up when I'm over there next.
