Default Paints coming off

So I was washing my car with my mit and I was going over the bumper to get the bugs off and look what happened. I wonder if this is covered in the warranty? Fawk this sucks.

damn that sucks man... I don't know if it's under the warranty, but it's definitely worth a try.

the only thing i can think of, a nice rock hit the front of your car and loosned it up but the paint didnt chip off, then you wash it and the paint was already loose and bam..that little spot were the rock hit fell off, is it only that one spot?..bust out the touch up paint, i highly doubt it would be coverd, unless its more then one spot..like a paint defect

dang that sucks. it gives an excuse to go get a paint job though. i would try to contact the dealer and see what they say, but i doubt it will be covered.

It should be coverd because it looks like the paint delaminated. They would have to sand, reprime, paint, clear the whole bumper.

My rear bumper has about 5 of those spots on it. But they are from the accident.

EDIT: I Just realized that you are 05 civic. I always thought that your car looked just like 05 civic's. haha
