I am really confused by this one of those things that kind of freaks you out a bit.

Mabey the fence was not attached at the botton and the car just drove under it. Those kinds of fences are really flexable. There was enough time for the fence to drop back down before the cop got up to it. Who knows.

I really think most people dont see what is right in front of them. They were all worked up by the chase and then you add on to that the fact that people like a good mystery. Yeah they came out and said that have no idea, maybe to cover the fact that the guy got away. Either way a car is not gonna go through a fence. Not like they are trying to say. LOL And if it did it wouldn't be driveing away. LMAO
(Has anyone seen Resident Evil? The part in the little hallway with the lasers? LMFAO That just went through my head and I got the picture of the car falling into a ton of little cubes. LOL)

Go and find a fence like that one with the pole running along the top. Make sure it is not attached at the bottom. You can push it up with almost no effort. It wouldn't be hard for a honda accord to roll right under one without catching anything. Besides that bottoms of those fences are not really all that jagged.

hmm... the fence wouldve been disenigrated ...i know what matt is saying about going under the fence, and were you could push the bottom of the fence with no effort... but a car going that fast?? wouldve destroyed the fence
